When should I drink it?
Before bed. The active stimulant herbs are converted by colonic bacteria overnight, with a 6–8 hour window. Your first meal or drink the next morning engages the natural gastrocolic reflex.
How long should I steep it?
3 minutes for a gentle infusion, 5 minutes for the full labelled dose, and 7+ minutes for the ceiling. Steep time is the dose.
What is it for?
For temporary relief of occasional constipation. Do not use for more than two weeks without speaking to a pharmacist or doctor.
Who should not use it?

Earthy and herbal, with a real but not overwhelming bitter edge from the senna and cascara. Chamomile and fennel soften it — the same reason fennel shows up in most digestive blends. Not sweet, not unpleasant. Somewhere between a bitter black tea and a classic herbal digestif.
Will it wake me at 3am?
No. The actives are inactive until your gut bacteria convert them, gradually, over 8-10 hours. The tea works with your night, not against it. The trigger is your first meal or drink in the morning.
Will I make my 9am meeting?
That's the design. Relief follows your first meal or drink - at home, before the day starts. Not during it.
How strong is it?
As strong as you leave it in. Three minutes is gentle, five is standard, seven is the ceiling. One sachet covers the whole range - you never need a second product.
Can I take it every night?
It's for occasional constipation - use it for the episode, not forever. Most episodes need one to three nights. If you're reaching for it beyond two weeks, talk to your pharmacist; something else deserves attention.
I'm on Ozempic or Mounjaro. Is this suitable?
